At Landost LLC (hereinafter referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our Company”), we are committed to providing you with high-quality outdoor products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please follow our return and exchange policy.

1. Return Policy
   Return Period: You may return your product within 30 days of receiving it. Please ensure that the product is unused and in its original packaging and tags.
   Return Conditions: The following items are not eligible for return policy:
   The product has been used or damaged;
   The product is marked down, on sale, or in certain other categories.
   Return Procedure:
   Please contact our customer service team via email with your refund request.
   We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and a return address. Please ensure that the RAN is included in the package so that we can process your return.
   Please package the product securely and return it to the designated return address. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, and we recommend using a tracking service for easy tracking.
2. Exchange Policy
   Exchange Period: You may exchange an unused item within 30 days of receiving it, provided it is in its original packaging and includes all tags.
   Exchange Procedure:
   Follow our return policy and request an exchange.
   We will process your exchange request and provide you with the necessary information and steps.
3. Refund Processing
   Refund Method: Once we receive the returned item and verify its correct condition, we will refund the original payment to the credit card or payment account used within 5-7 business days.
   Shipping: If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item or defective item), we will cover the shipping costs. In such cases, please retain proof of shipping.
4. Notices
   In all cases, we recommend that you retain the return shipping label and tracking information to ensure tracking in the event of loss.
   We reserve the right to refuse a refund for returned items damaged due to improper packaging.
